This is what we do:.....
The NCCW is run by volunteer resident members who are endeavouring to make Nova Constantia crime free and a better place to live. To achieve this....
We provide and maintain 24-hour surveillance cameras throughout residential and greenbelt areas, using the latest number plate recognition software and other technological advances. Cameras are situated at all ten entrances to the area and in undisclosed locations within the greenbelts. Notifying various SAPS and SSP’s (security service providers) of suspicious vehicles listed for various transgressions against the law, most often house robberies, burglaries, ATM fraud and shoplifting – this data base is shared and updated by a number of Watches in the greater Cape Town area.
Deployment of a specialised SRT (special response team) team with our own trailing dog (fondly named KC), into our suburb, greenbelts and mountain to act as a preventative measure to criminal activity – using unconventional methods to counteract the increasing sophistication of criminals.
This is what YOU can do:.....
Get involved. Become a resident member by signing up on this web site. Voluntary monthly contributions via debit order are encouraged as this assists to fund our 24 hour camera monitoring and other operationial costs.
